ABOUT US

This is a one-of-a-kind house with the ability to sleep 10 guests. Its been reported that Elvis himself stayed here as a guest while touring Kansas City in the early 70s. Our home features a heated indoor guitar shaped pool, which is open year-round for your entertainment. In the pool room, you will find a dining table, huge 6 burner grill, and many places to lounge around the pool. Additionally, we have a game room with pool/ping pong table, arcade games, wet bar, and a TV.

GUEST ACCESS:

You may access the property via the east entrance. The entry to the home is on the west side of the house. You may access the interior by using the code provided to you prior to your arrival. There is plenty of parking in the back of the home along with 2 garage spaces. Parking needs to be contained within the fenced areas. You will receive a parking layout prior to your arrival.
Other things to note

* The pool is currently heated to 80 degrees. If you would like to increase the pool temperature, you may do so by contacting us. The cost to increase the pool temperature is $20/degree per day. Must notify us at least 2 days prior to arrival to allow time for the pool to heat up.

* Security Deposit- A $500 Deposit maybe required prior to each booking. 

* Refunds- A 15% Surcharge will be held for any refunds after any booking

* Cancelations- If a cancelation is requested prior to 30 days of your booking a full refund will be issued (minus the surcharge). If a cancelation is requested prior to 15 days of your booking a 50% refund will be issued (minus the surcharge). If a cancelation is requested after 15 days prior to your booking a no refund will be issued.
